End-user license

Copyright © 2026 Lee Whitworth. This license covers the paid Windows build and the paid-only work in that build. Code that was published under the MIT license stays under that license. Third-party components stay under their own licenses, listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md inside the download.

By downloading or using this build, you agree:

1. Personal license. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to run the software on your own computers. You may not resell it, rent it, or redistribute the build.
2. Local console. The software is a local console. It is not trading advice, not a security, and not a managed account. You are responsible for every order.
3. Your accounts. This product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Robinhood or Cursor. You supply your own Cursor account and your own Robinhood Agentic account. No Cursor key, Robinhood token, or market-data key is included.
4. Cursor’s runtime. The agent runtime uses the Cursor SDK, which is Anysphere software under Cursor’s terms, and it is still a public beta. Cursor can change or remove it. You are the Cursor customer, because the API key is yours, and you are responsible for the account data the console sends with each cycle.
5. No warranty. The software is provided as is, without warranty. The author is not liable for trading losses, lost data, or an agent runtime that stops working because Cursor changed it.
6. This download. The purchase is for this software download. A download link is issued after payment and again on request. Links expire. Asking again does not charge you again.
